I am Bi-Polar Therefore I am!
this is my next tattoo and it celebrates my final acceptance of this gift.
however it does not keep me from being bi-polar.
for the past 3-4 months i have been on the down side of the picture. it has been a quiet in the back ground sort of place. very few people will have known. even me for a while.
pat of course sees it first, tries to gently remind me where i am, and keeps watch when i put her off with the obligatory "i'm ok".
well, i think that is enough to quench my need to write about this, except to say i really am feeling better in my head space.

I was thinking about what it would be like to get that picture in my office of the shadow side tattooed on to me. Ouch! There is a lot in that picture. I am a wuss!
